Coaching Objectives:
Looking for junior squash coaching in the Telford area? The primary objective of the junior sessions is that the children have fun. Along the way they will learn the skills required to play squash (or racketball) and also the rules of the game. Uppermost in the mind of the coaches is that this is all done in a safe and relaxed environment.
Our coaches are CRB checked and have attended child protection courses.

Your First Session is FREE:
We offer all junior players (aged 17 years old and under) their first coaching session free. With the fee then reverting to the standard prices (see below).
Standard Fees:
The fees are:
- £3.00 per child per session
- £5.00 for two children attending a session together
All monies received will go towards equipment costs, payment of court lights etc.
Rackets, balls and safety goggles can be provided at no extra charge. Your child needs to come dressed appropriately for squash. I.e., T-shirt, shorts and non-marking sole trainers. Be ready for fun.
Squash provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. Allowing players to keep fit all year round. In one hour of squash, a player may burn between 600 to 1000 calories.
