Lilleshall Squash and Racketball Club

Welcome to Lilleshall Squash & Racketball Club. We are based within the picturesque grounds of The Lilleshall National Sports Centre, near Newport in Telford, Shropshire. We are the only squash club in the Telford area!

Lilleshall Squash & Racketball Club is over 50 years old, with a sizeable membership base of men, women and juniors. Members contribute to competitive leagues, tournaments, and friendly games.

Great facilities

We invite squash and racketball (Squash 57) players of all abilities to join us. Enjoy our fantastic facilities, including five squash courts (2 x glass back and 3 x hard back). We also have modern changing areas and a well-stocked sports bar. This allows you to enjoy a social drink or meal after your match.

Club membership is available for £20.00 per year. Your court fees are not included.

Adam wins second LSRC Squash title

December 29, 2025Adam Slater won his second LSRC Squash title – over a decade after his first! Slater defeated Pete Howells in a brilliant, high-speed battle of wits on court. Adam came out narrowly on top, winning the match 3-1, but Pete pushed him all the way. It was Adam’s second LSRC squash title, after his previous victory back in 2012 – 13 years ago. The match was supported by friends, family, and club supporters, with Tournament Organiser, Andy Reed presenting the trophies after the game. Club Chairman Martin Carey marked the match. Brilliant Smith wins first Racketball title

December 29, 2025Adrian Smith won his first LSRC Racketball title, securing the trophy with a hard-fought 3-2 victory in the final. The final, which took place at Lilleshall National Sports Centre on 17 Dec 2025, was high-energy from start to finish. In a close match, Smith defeated Joel Reed 3-2, with the match going down to the wire in a final game shootout. Smith had led the match 2-1, but a strong fourth game from Joel forced the decider. Adrian dug deep in the final game to secure a well-earned win. The match was supported by friends, family, and club supporters, with Tournament Organiser, Andy Reed presenting the trophies after the game. Club Chairman Martin Carey marked the game.
